Shakarkandi Kebab Recipe: How To Make Shakarkandi Kebab:
To begin with the recipe, first, mash the boiled sweet potatoes until smooth. Now, lightly crush the cumin seeds and add them to the mashed potato mixture. Mix well. Add finely chopped green chillies, cashew nuts, chopped green onions, amchur powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, roasted chana flour and salt to taste.
Mix well until well combined and shape into kebabs. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until they become golden brown in colour. Once done, lift them out and place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper towels. Shakarkandi kebab is ready!
