Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, dining out is an activity that most people have avoided in the past few months. Although restaurants are reopening again in a phased manner with heightened sanitation measures, most people are still wary of visiting them. Harsh Goenka is the chairman and CEO of the RPG group of companies and has a huge fan following on his Twitter account too. The industrialist took to the micro-blogging platform to share some pictures of a restaurant that he recently visited. Check it out:
Finally stepped into a restaurant after three months. When the food is cooked by your own, with their little hands, with all the love and excitement, the food tastes better than top restaurant in the world. pic.twitter.com/JHf0UWXvIr— Harsh Goenka (@hvgoenka) July 1, 2020
The Tweet that Harsh Goenka shared was actually not from a restaurant, but rather, a lavish joint created by his children! 'Super Snack Smallies' was the name of the restaurant that his little ones created. It had a three-course menu with the categories of 'sweet food, snacks and dessert' with all options costing below ten rupees. There were interesting homemade items on the menu such as avocado toast as well as a peanut butter and chocolate crumble.
The pictures and menu of the restaurant soon went viral on Twitter, garnering responses from many users. People loved the adorable gesture by the children who put a lot of hard work and thought into it. Many verified users and renown personalities also commented on the tweet by Harsh Goenka, including restaurateur and chef Zorawar Kalra and actor Riteish Deshmukh. Take a look at some of the reactions:
