Recently, a video of a fish coming to life went viral on the internet. The fish was put in hot oil, and instantly started to twist and turn much to the shock of foodies on the internet. And now, another such disgusting post has taken aback food lovers. Recently, a Reddit user took to the platform to share a shocking revelation that he made while cooking rice. He thought that the rice had an interesting 'fried flavour' and the reason behind it will leave you disgusted. Take a look:

The post was shared by user u/mpcamposz in the sub-Reddit called r/HolUp. It was originally from a Facebook page called 'Humor De Pobre'. The post has currently received over 11.9k upvotes and hundreds of comments and was reposted and reshared on multiple other platforms as well.
In the clicks, we could see how the user had opened up the bottom of his slow cooker in which he made rice. He was curious to know the source of the interesting 'fried flavour' in his rice. "The rice here at home, when made in the slow cooker, always came out with a delicious fried flavour and we never found out why. Today we opened it for maintenance and discovered several crackling lizards," wrote the user in the post.
The shocking and disgusting discovery stunned internet users. Several of them reacted to the fried rice post. "Imagine the crisp," said one user while another wrote, "Free snack." Another suggested, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it." Some others didn't mind the addition, as they wrote "Fried lizard sounds like a good appetiser," while another wrote, "Puts the lizards back, continues to eat delicious lizard fried rice."
