Taking to Instagram, Neena shared this recipe. Her video begins by showing the essential ingredients to make this tikki. She said that you would require potato, carrot, peas and beans. Then steam and mash them. Once done, add boiled daliya with the vegetables. Here, also add in capsicum and mix with some spices. Now, give this mash a form of tikki and dip it in either egg whites or bread crumbs. Now, pan fry with very little oil. For preparing a side dip, take some curd and mix it with a few herbs and garlic. Neena also mentions that you can make a burger with these tikkis by assembling it with tomatoes, onions and bread!
