With the second wave of Covid-19 hitting hard, India witnessed an incessant increase in the caseloads. Every day, we saw a number of people contracting the virus. While some were affected by the severities, others recovered while staying at home. Some people even took to social media to share their Covid experiences and how they recovered from the same. Several celebrities also shared tips that they followed for speedy and effective recovery- Big Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik being one of them.
Popular TV actor Rubina Dilaik, who recently tested positive for Covid-19, is quarantining in her hometown Shimla. Her sister and lifestyle vlogger Jyotika Dilaik kept Rubina's fans and followers updated about her health and well-being through the former's vlogs and Instagram stories. On Wednesday, Rubina took to her Instagram handle to share a few tips she has been following for a speedy recovery. The 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki' actor shared a reel and wrote alongside, "I quarantined for more than 19 days. But, these are 5 things I did to help me speed up my recovery." She further added, "Most important is to listen to your favourite music and be happy."
As per the reel, the 5 things Rubina did during her recovery are -
- Ate healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, soup etc.
- Drank adequate amount of fluid to stay well-hydrated.
- Practiced yoga.
- Took her medications on time.
- Listened to good music to lighten up her mood.
