Chef Harbison has been feeding strays on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand ever since the pandemic began and the tourist influx dwindled, as per Irish Times. He takes care of about 80 stray dogs in his vicinity and even takes to them the vet for their medical needs. While he mostly funds his venture himself, he also accepts online donations. The chef further revealed that the donation for this particular meal was made by a popular influencer, Tayla Blue. She wrote to him in the comments of his post on Instagram, "Love everything about your mission and will never stop supporting you Niall this is just the beginning!!!"
