Road rage is a common sight but incidents of people losing temper in restaurants often make their way to becoming social media-worthy videos. In a recent video that is doing the rounds on the internet, a Pizza Hut employee was verbally abused by a woman customer and an onlooker recorded the whole episode to post online. Fast food chains are always packed with hurrying customers lining up impatiently to receive their quick orders. We don't know if it was impatience or some other reason that led to the customer's outburst.
The video was posted by Twitter account 'Fifty Shades Of Whey'. The video shows the customer shouting at a Pizza Hut employee and also hitting the light lamp hanging above her. The employee retracts and starts heading towards the kitchen but the woman marches towards him but is asked by another staff member to step back.

The employee and the woman also accuse each other of throwing the pizza at them. The employee claims that "I have burn marks". If you look at the video closely, right at the start, it does look like that the woman threw something that hit the lamp too on its way.
The woman, with raging anger, stomps her foot to the ground and demands a remake of the pizza. The staff refuses citing company's policy issue and that leads the customer to dial Pizza Hut's corporate number.
Even though we are not sure what really prompted this feud, almost all viewers on Twitter were quick to blame the woman for harassing the Pizza Hut employee.

Interactions are escalating on both sides. Even prior to the pandemic- “customer service” had already been in a 15year nose dive.— Constitutionalized (@Constit13339570) March 30, 2021
