Ingredients of Amra Chutney
- 6 Amra
- 1 Whole Red Chilli
- 2-3 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Panch phoron
- Salt to taste

Boil amra and take out the fruit. Smash to make pulp. Save the boiled water for later.
In a pan, saute whole red chilli, panch phoron and salt for a minute. Add amra pulp, mix well.
Add boiled amra water as per consistency desired. Add sugar and boil till you get a syrupy texture.
Serve amra chutney at room temperature.
