Ingredients of Apple Side Dish

  • 3 Apples (cut medium size)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • 4 Spring onions, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes (cut medium size), boiled
  • 1 Tomato, shredded
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Almonds, shredded
  • 100 Gram Green beans
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander, chopped

How to Make Apple Side Dish

Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

Cook for a minute. Add chillies and spring onions. Saute well.

Stir in potatoes, apples and tomatoes. Allow it to soften.
4.
Add sugar, lemon juice and seasoning.
5.
Finally add all the remaining ingredients and serve hot with rice.
