Barbecued Sausages Recipe
Sausages split and filled with dry herbs. A tangy sauce with mustard and Worcestershire poured over it and baked to make a succulent treat.

Ingredients of Barbecued Sausages
- 6 sausages
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp cracked peppercorns
- 1/2 Tbsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp orange / sweet lime juice

Split the sausages along their length.
Combine the dry spices (oregano, thyme, onion powder, peppercorns and paprika) and fill into the pockets.
Arrange in a baking dish.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fruit juice. Season and pour over the sausages.
Set aside for 1 hour. Bake at 200 degree C for 20 minutes, basting frequently until the sausages are well browned.
Serve hot with grilled tomatoes.
