Ingredients of Bhapa Doi
- 2 Cups Yoghurt
- 1 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 Tbsp Saffron Milk
- 2 Gram Nuts
How to Make Bhapa Doi

In a large bowl place a cloth add 2 cup yoghurt and tie. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.

Now take the hung curd into a large bowl add 1 cup condensed milk and mix well.

Mix cardamom powder ,saffron milk ,mix well using whisk .
4.
Pour into a bowl prepared mixture cover with a aluminium foil.
5.
Place it in a steamer for 20 mins. It sets well cool and refrigerate for 30mins.
