Ingredients of Blueberry Cake
- Oven Temp: 325 F-160 C
- 2 cups refined flour
- 1.5 cups sugar-powdered
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup blueberries-cleaned and washed
- 3 eggs
- A 10 inch round cake tin, lined with grease-proof paper

Mix all the ingredients together, and beat a little with a wooden spoon, till well blended and transfer into the cake tin.

Bake in the pre-heated oven 40-45 minutes or till done (a knife pierced in should come out clean)
