Ingredients of Bundiyar Payesh

  • 200 gm bundiya
  • 1 liter milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • Few drops of rosewater

How to Make Bundiyar Payesh

  • 1.Boil milk on low flame, keep stirring for 20 minutes.
  • 2.Add the bundiya and sugar if required.
  • 3.Boil for another 5 minutes and remove from flame.
  • 4.Cool and add in a little rosewater and chill in a refrigerator, serve.
