Ingredients of Carrot Raita

  • 1 and a half Cup Whipped Dahi
  • 1 large Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • Chaat Masala To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

How to Make Carrot Raita

First of all, beat the curd in a big vessel. Add roasted cumin, black pepper, black salt and finely chopped green chili and mix it.

Now take carrot, peel it and wash it well and grate it. Add grated carrot to the prepared curd mixture.
3.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve!
