Chicken Dynamite is a dish that is first marinated, fried till golden brown and then tossed in a variety of sauces that gives you different flavours at the same time.

Ingredients of Chicken Dynamite

  • For Marination
  • 500 gram Chicken Pieces
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • For Dry Batter
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • Corn flour
  • Salt and pepper according to taste.
  • 2 Eggs
  • For Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder

How to Make Chicken Dynamite

Cut your chicken in small pieces, then marinate it with garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, soy sauce and salt as per taste.

Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl mix, plain flour, corn flour, salt and pepper for the dry batter. And whisk two eggs in a separate bowl.

Take the chicken pieces then first dip it in the batter, then in eggs and again batter. Repeat the process with all the pieces.

Fry till crisp and golden brown. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, ketchup, honey, lemon juice and red chilli powder together.
5.
Mix the fried chicken with the sauce and serve hot!
