Ingredients of Easy Chicken Keema

  • 200 gms Minced Chicken
  • 2 Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Tomatoes (Sliced)
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 Cardamoms
  • 4-5 Peppercorns
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Curd

How to Make Easy Chicken Keema

Roast all the whole spices in some ghee.

Add onions and saute till brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add tomato slices, salt and spice powders, and saute till tomatoes are mushy.
4.
Add curd, saute for a minute. Add minced chicken, cover the pan and cook it well.
5.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
