- 150 Gram Watermelon
- 100 gram Beans sprout
- 50 gram Tamarind chutney
- 30 gram Mint chutney
- 100 gram Yogurt
- 20 gram Baby spinach
- Water melon juice
- 5 gram Soy lecithin
How to Make Compressed Melon Sliders

Cut watermelon into 2 inch cubes and remove seeds.

Blanch bean sprouts and keep it aside.
3.
Use cream syphon for yogurt foam.
4.
Mix green and tamarind chutney in blanched bean sprout.
5.
Place beans sprout on watermelon.
6.
Pour yogurt foam beside the watermelon.
7.
Create watermelon foam with watermelon juice and soy lecithin powder.
8.
Place the foam on watermelon and serve.
9.
Garnish with crisp baby spinach leaves.
