- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and pat it dry. Remove the green leaves and stem, then cut the cauliflower into equal, bite-sized florets.
In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, red chilli powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the milk into a separate bowl. Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off. Next, toss the floret into the flour mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated on all sides. Gently shake off any excess flour.
Heat oil over medium-high heat and fry the coated cauliflower pieces for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
