Ingredients of Dahi Bhalla Chaat

  • 10 Paapdi Puris
  • 10 Dahi Vadas (small)
  • 1 cup Cold Yogurt (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Chutney
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • Other ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

How to Make Dahi Bhalla Chaat

Place the puris on a serving plate. Place the vadas on top of the puris.

Cover them with yogurt. Now, add potatoes, pomegranate and chick peas.
3.
Add coriander and tamarind chutney.
4.
Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and jeera powder.
5.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
