- 300 gms dark chocolate
- 100 gms marzipan
- 50 gms cocoa butter
- 50 gms sugar fondant
How to Make Easter Bunny
- 1.Melt the chocolate on double boiler.
- 2.Cool it till 29 C, pour into egg moulds and freeze it for 10 minutes.
- 3.Demould it and give the shape with the help of marzipan and sugar fondant.
- 4.Spray with cocoa butter and chocolate. Gift your friends and family.
