- 300 gms dark chocolate
- 100 gms marzipan
- 50 gms cocoa butter
- 50 gms sugar fondant
How to Make Easter Bunny

Melt the chocolate on double boiler.

Cool it till 29 C, pour into egg moulds and freeze it for 10 minutes.

Demould it and give the shape with the help of marzipan and sugar fondant.
