Ingredients of Fresh Mango Amrakhand
150 gms hung curd
150 gms fresh mango pulp
A pinch of cardamom powder
A pinch of nutmeg powder
80 gms castor sugar
How to Make Fresh Mango Amrakhand
1.In a mixing bowl mix the all ingredients till the fine consistency.
2.Make sure there are no lumps.
3.Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
