Ingredients of Fresh Mango Amrakhand

  • 150 gms hung curd
  • 150 gms fresh mango pulp
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 80 gms castor sugar

How to Make Fresh Mango Amrakhand

  • 1.In a mixing bowl mix the all ingredients till the fine consistency.
  • 2.Make sure there are no lumps.
  • 3.Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
