Ingredients of Grilled Fish With Sauteed Vegetables

  • For fish and sauteed vegetables:
  • 160 gms fish
  • 20 gms garlic
  • 6 gram thyme
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 60 gms broccoli
  • 30 gms asparagus
  • 20 gms red capsicum
  • 100 gms mashed potato
  • 6 gram parsley
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • to taste salt
  • 4 gram black pepper
  • 2 gram micro herb
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 gram caper
  • For mashed potatoes:
  • 1 kg potato
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 40 gms butter
  • to taste salt
  • 4 gram pepper
  • 10 gms garlic
  • 6 gram thyme

How to Make Grilled Fish With Sauteed Vegetables

  • 1.Take a fish fillet and marinate with garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Leave it for an hour.
  • 2.On the other side, boil potatoes to make mashed potatoes. When they are perfectly boiled,strain it.
  • 3.Now take a saucepan add oil, garlic and thyme. Add mashed potatoes and milk and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Prepare sauté vegetables:
  • 1.Blanch broccoli and aspragus.
  • 2.In a non-stick pan, heat some oil and saute thyme, capsicum and broccoli together.
  • 3.For the sauce, take a pan add some garlic, caper, cream, salt- pepper, parsley and butter. Saute for a while. When the sauce is ready add lemon juice and serve with mashed potatoes.
