Ingredients of Grilled Fish With Sauteed Vegetables

  • For fish and sauteed vegetables:
  • 160 gms fish
  • 20 gms garlic
  • 6 gram thyme
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 60 gms broccoli
  • 30 gms asparagus
  • 20 gms red capsicum
  • 100 gms mashed potato
  • 6 gram parsley
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • to taste salt
  • 4 gram black pepper
  • 2 gram micro herb
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 gram caper
  • For mashed potatoes:
  • 1 kg potato
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 40 gms butter
  • to taste salt
  • 4 gram pepper
  • 10 gms garlic
  • 6 gram thyme

How to Make Grilled Fish With Sauteed Vegetables

Take a fish fillet and marinate with garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Leave it for an hour.

On the other side, boil potatoes to make mashed potatoes. When they are perfectly boiled,strain it.

Now take a saucepan add oil, garlic and thyme. Add mashed potatoes and milk and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Prepare sauté vegetables:

Blanch broccoli and aspragus.

In a non-stick pan, heat some oil and saute thyme, capsicum and broccoli together.

For the sauce, take a pan add some garlic, caper, cream, salt- pepper, parsley and butter. Saute for a while. When the sauce is ready add lemon juice and serve with mashed potatoes.
