
How to make Khoya Paneer
About Khoya Paneer Recipe: A perfect blend of cashews, khoya, green chillies and cardamom curried with cottage cheese chunks giving a royal treat and can easily be a show stopper in any party or occasion. Serve this creamy, rich curry with some fresh home made naan or even enjoy with some zeera rice and salad. Khoya paneer is a perfect dinner option when you have guests at home.
Ingredients of Khoya Paneer
- 1 Cup cashew nut
- 500 gms paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/2 cup khoya
- 1/4 cup curd
- 1/2 nos ginger, chopped
- 2-3 nos green cardamom
- 2-3 nos green chilli, chopped
- to taste salt
- 2-3 nos green coriander
How to Make Khoya Paneer
- 1.Wash, boil and grind cashew nut.
- 2.In a pot heat desi ghee, add chopped green chillies and green cardamom, allow it to crackle.
- 3.Add cashew nut paste, beaten curd, salt and cook for 10 min.
- 4.Once done add grated khoya and paneer cubes, stir for a while, adjust seasoning.
- 5.Garnish with coriander leaf.
- 6.Serve hot.
