Ingredients of Maas Ke Soole (Barbecued Lamb)
- 400 gm lamb
- 20 gm raw papaya
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 50 gm ginger-garlic paste
- 100 gm yogurt
- 75 gm red chilli paste
- 20 gm garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 25 gm ghee or oil
How to Make Maas Ke Soole (Barbecued Lamb)

Cut the lamb into thin slices.

Marinate the lamb with all ingredients mentioned and let it rest for at least 2 hours.

Skewer the lamb and cook on
a barbecue or grill.
