How to make Methi Ka Bhajiya
Gram flour, methi, sambhar powder and turmeric powder are mixed together and deep-fried until golden brown. These pakoras are super crunchy and are ideal to pair with your cup of evening tea or coffee. They taste great with or without the banana.

Ingredients of Methi Ka Bhajiya
- 1/2 cup Besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup Methi (chopped)
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- A pinch of Sambhar powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- A pinch of Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for deep frying)
How to Make Methi Ka Bhajiya

Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Make small pakoras and deep-fry until golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney.
Tip: You can add 2 tsp of chopped banana to the mixture to add a sweet taste.
