Moong Dal Nuggets Recipe: This is a protein rich snack which is quite easy to make. You can prepare these by including some vegetables along with green and yellow moong dal. This is also a good option for serving guests.

Ingredients of Moong Dal Nuggets
- 1/2 Cup Yellow moong dal
- 1/2 cup Green Moong Dal
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot, finely chopped
- 6-7 Curry leaves
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tsp Oil

Mix both the pulses together, wash them and soak them for 2 to 3 hours. After this, add water in a pan and cook till half cooked.
Cool the dal and separate 2 tablespoons of it. Put the remaining dal in a mixer and grind it.
Take out the ground lentils in a bowl, now add finely chopped vegetables, spices, bread crumbs and cornflour to it and prepare a dough.
Make small nuggets from the prepared mixture, preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees. Place all the nuggets in a basket, brush them with oil and bake them for 15 minutes. Or let it become crispy golden.
If you want, you can also fry them in oil.
