Ingredients of Moroccan Chicken Ball

  • 200 gms chicken keema
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 gram ginger
  • 10 gms onion, chopped
  • 4 gram coriander, chopped
  • 3 gram mint, chopped
  • 20 gms feta cheese
  • 2 gram green chilli
  • 10 gms walnut
  • 5 gram maida
  • 5 ml refined oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 gram cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp chat masala
  • Salt and white pepper powder (as per taste)

How to Make Moroccan Chicken Ball

  • 1.Take chicken keema in a bowl.
  • 2.Add ginger chop, garlic chop, onion chop, coriander chop, mint chop and green chilli chop.
  • 3.Add egg, feta cheese, maida, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and oil.
  • 4.Mix all the ingredients smoothly in a bowl then keep it in refrigerator for half an hour.
  • 5.Then take it out from the freeze and make round size ball. Then put these in an oven to cook.
  • 6.When it is cooked take it out and place it in serving plate.
  • 7.Separately in the meantime make a sauce of heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper, chat masala, cinnamon powder and lemon juice.
  • 8.Then pour the sauce on cooked ball. Garnish with mint leaves, roasted walnut and feta cheese.
