Ingredients of Mushroom Butter Masala
- 1 Packet Mushroom
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 4-5 Cashews
- Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Kastoori methi
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- Salt as per taste

Take mushrooms, cut them and boil.
Now take tomatoes, garlic, onion, cashews and ginger and roast them till slightly brown.
Once done let it cool and blend them to form a paste.
Add this paste in a pan and cook. When it starts boiling add the required masalas according to your taste.
Then cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Lastly, add the boiled mushroom in the gravy and stir.
