About Oyster Lamb Recipe: Sliced lamb marinated with dry sherry, sugar and salt, cooked in a spicy oyster sauce and stock along with mushrooms, bokchoy and garlic. A delicious dish to serve at a dinner party.

Ingredients of Oyster Lamb

  • To marinade Vegetable oil
  • 20 Gram Garlic
  • 20 Gram Ginger
  • 100 Gram Lamb
  • 50 Ml Stock
  • 20 Ml Oyster sauce
  • 20 Ml Dry sherry
  • To taste Sugar
  • To garnish Celery
  • To taste Salt
  • 20 Gram Bokchoy
  • 20 Gram Shitake mushroom

How to Make Oyster Lamb

  • 1.Cut lamb into thin slices and marinade with vegetable oil, dry sherry, sugar and salt.
  • 2.Heat wok and add oil.
  • 3.Toss garlic, ginger, bokchoy and mushroom into it. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4.Add marinated lamb and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add oyster sauce and stock.
  • 5.Simmer for 1-2 minutes until thick.
  • 6.Garnish with celery.
