Ingredients of Potato And Yogurt Salad

  • 1/2 Kg Potatoes, boiled
  • 200 Ml Yogurt, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • To season Salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp Spring onion, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp Pineapple, chopped
  • For the topping:
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Melon seeds, roasted
  • 4 Bread slices (dried)

How to Make Potato And Yogurt Salad

  • 1.Coat potatoes with whipped yogurt.
  • 2.Heat oil and fry the mustard seeds followed by cumin.
  • 3.Stir and pour over the potatoes.
  • 4.Mix in the spring onion and pineapple. Season.
  • 5.Crush the bread into rough pieces.
  • 6.Mix in melon seeds, garlic, green chillies and mint.
  • 7.Season and pour over the potatoes.
  • 8.Serve chilled.
