How to Make Sarson Ki Gilawat with Corn and Cheese Tostadas
1.Take desi ghee in a pan, add crushed coriander seeds and cumin.
2.Add saag and spinach and cook on slow flame.
3.Add achaar masala and salt to taste. Keep the mixture aside to cool.
4.Add roasted chana powder for binding and make small patties.
5.Cook the sarson ki gilawat on hot griddle to form a crust on gilawat.
6.For corn tostadas, add coriander to chopped corn and stuff inside small dough to make tostada.
7.Serve sarson ki gilawat with corn tostadas.
