Cooked crab stir fried in shallots, chicken stock, ajino moto, seasoning and condiments.

Ingredients of Singapore Chilli Crab

  • 1 large crab
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp chilli paste
  • 2 diced onions
  • 1 diced spring onion
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp monosodium glutamate or ajino moto
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

How to Make Singapore Chilli Crab

  • 1.Clean and chop the crab.
  • 2.Heat a skillet. Add some oil and the crab. Cover and cook.
  • 3.Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, chilli paste, shallots, chicken stock, sugar, monosodium glutamate or ajino moto and ketchup.
  • 4.Stir fry and add the crab.
  • 5.Now, cover the lid of the pan and let it cook for few minutes.
  • 6.Add spring onions, cook for two more minutes and serve.
