Ingredients of Crab Sandwich
- 8 Crab sticks
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Thousand island mayo
- Salt, to taste
- 3 tbsp Iceberg, shredded
- 2 tbsp Carrot, shredded
- 4 Multigrain sandwich bread slice
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- White pepper powder, to taste
- 1 tsp Tomato hot and sweet sauce

Remove the crab stick from the freezer and set it aside to thaw. Shred the carrot and iceberg lettuce, and keep them aside.

Take mayo, thousand island mayo, salt, hot & sweet sauce, and pepper powder, and mix them well. Take a bread slice and apply butter to the slice.

Add grated vegetables and crab stick to the mixture. Spread the entire mixture onto the bread slice.

Trim the edges of the bread slice and divide it into two pieces. Serve with tomato ketchup.
