Ingredients of Sprouts Curry

  • 1 Cup Moong sprouts/ Mixed sprouts
  • 1 medium Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 medium Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Sprouts Curry

In a pressure cooker, add some oil, add cumin seeds, let this crackle and then add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.

Add onions, tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add sprouts and mix well.

Add the dried spices like haldi, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and close the lid to pressure cook for two whistles.

Take off the lid and simmer for some time.
5.
Garnish with a spoonful of ghee and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
