Ingredients of Tandoori Aloo Bharta

  • 500 gms Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Cashew Paste
  • 1/2 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

How to Make Tandoori Aloo Bharta

First of all, take hung curd in a bowl, add ginger, garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili, black pepper, coriander powder, gram flour and tandoori masala and mix it.

Add boiled potatoes to it, mix and put in a baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, cardamom and black pepper seeds to it. Add onions and fry for 2 minutes.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for some time. Add tomatoes and fry, now add red chili, finely chopped green chilies, coriander powder, salt as per taste and tandoori masala and mix
5.
Add a tablespoon of curd and mix it well. Add kasoori methi. Now add the baked potatoes and mix.
6.
Garnish with green coriander and serve.
