Ingredients of Thai Fish Curry

  • 1 Kg Fish (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger/galangal, chopped
  • 1 tsp Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 3-4 Basil leaves
  • to taste Salt & pepper

How to Make Thai Fish Curry

Marinate the fish cubes in half of the Thai green curry paste.

Add salt, pepper,lemon juice and set aside.

Heat some oil in a pan, add the onions, ginger, garlic and sweat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the green curry paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add the coconut milk and the fish cubes. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chopped coriander, lemon juice and palm sugar.
6.
Garnish with basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
