How to make Til Halwa
With just a handful of ingredients, you can make a healthy yet yummy til ka halwa for your entire family.

Ingredients of Til Halwa
- 1/2 Cup Semolina (Sooji)
- 1/2 cup White sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- Handful of Chopped dry fruits
- Powdered sugar, as per taste
- Cardamom powder
- Water, as per need

Soak sesame seeds overnight and make a smooth paste. Keep aside.
Heat ghee in kadhai and add sooji to it.
Roast it until the sooji turns golden in colour.
Lower the flame and add til paste. Stir it continuously to avoid any lump.
Once you see the til turns golden (not brown) in colour, add water to it.
Stir and bring everything to boil.
When you are satisfied with the consistency, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix.
Finally, add the dry fruits, mix and switch off the flame.
Serve it hot or cold.
