Ingredients of White Wine Sponge Cake
- 4 Eggs (separated)
- 300 gram Castor sugar (divided into 2 equal parts)
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 200 ml White wine
- 150 ml Oil
- 300 gram Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- To garnish ml Orange chunks
- To garnish gram Mint leaves
- To garnish Whipped cream

Beat yolks with 150 gm sugar and vanilla until light.
Beat in wine and oil together.
Fold in flour and baking powder.
Whip whites until stiff and whisk in remaining sugar.
Fold into cake mixture.
Bake the mixture in greased and lined loaf tin at 180 degrees C for about 40 minutes.
Decorate with mint leaves on top and serve with whipped cream and orange chunks.
