Ingredients of Yellow Pepper and Asparagus Stir Fry
1 yellow pepper, sliced
Handful of asparagus, sliced
1 Garlic clove, chopped
6 Almonds, chopped
1 Dry red chili, chopped
Olive oil
A pinch of cumin seeds
Salt and pepper
How to Make Yellow Pepper and Asparagus Stir Fry
1.Heat the pan and add 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Then add red chilli, yellow pepper, almonds and asparagus to the pan.
2.Season it with cumin seeds, salt and pepper.
3.Let it cook for 5 minutes.
4.Serve hot.
