Ingredients of Zucchini Chutney
- 3/4 Cup Zucchini (diced)
- 2 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 2 Green chillies (slit and deseeded)
- 4-5 Fresh curry leaves
- 2-3 Neem leaves
- 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
- 3 tsp Sugar (powdered)
- to taste Salt
- To shallow fry Oil
