An interesting zucchini chutney with neem leaves.

Ingredients of Zucchini Chutney

  • 3/4 Cup Zucchini (diced)
  • 2 tsp Ginger, chopped
  • 2 Green chillies (slit and deseeded)
  • 4-5 Fresh curry leaves
  • 2-3 Neem leaves
  • 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 3 tsp Sugar (powdered)
  • To taste Salt
  • To shallow fry Oil

How to Make Zucchini Chutney

  • 1.Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2.Add all the ingredients and saute.
  • 3.Cool and grind.
  • 4.Serve.
