The Royal Brewery Bistro serves beers inspired by the ultimate flavours from the region that are made from the best local and international ingredients. Nishant Grover, the hotel's brewmaster, revealed that the method of creating brewed beer consists of three to four steps and it takes approximately 20 to 30 days to manufacture one batch of flavour-infused brewed beer.
