It was found that across 30 companies, the products sold in low-income countries scored lower on a star rating system developed in Australia and New Zealand than those sold in high-income countries.
As per the report, the most ordered food in India in 2021 was biryani. For the unversed, it is the sixth consecutive year that biryani topped the chart.
The company also revealed that over 1.35 lakh pizzas were ordered in just 24 hours on February 9, 2025.
Biryani "once again" topped the list as "India's top dish in 2021", Zomato informed.
