Let's face it, smoothies are fantastic. In between meals, with meals or instead of meals. They're nutritious, delicious, thick, fruity and the perfect food for every mood. You can throw in all or any types of fruit together and the result will almost always be amazing. They're a great way to beat the heat and come highly recommended by nutritionists as an instant energy booster.
