Raw papaya salad is a popular oriental side. Strips of green papaya tossed with lime, chilly and peanuts.

Ingredients of Raw Papaya Salad

  • 2 cups grated raw papaya
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fried peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 chopped red chillies

How to Make Raw Papaya Salad

  1. Add some grated papaya to a bowl.
  2. Add a Tbsp of lemon juice. Then add some fried peanuts to the mixture.
  3. Add coriander, red chillies and chilli sauce.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
