To make this mouth-watering southern-style bhindi at home, all you need is to mix dry-roasted and ground fenugreek, sesame and cumin seeds and toss it with tamarind extract, fried bhindi and jaggery. It is mixed and cooked in water for a while and topped with a fiery tadka right before serving! The tadka of red chilli and mustard seeds adds a unique zest and flavour to the delicacy.
