Kolhapuri Fish Recipe: How To Make Kolhapuri Fish
First, mix turmeric, chilli powder, garlic paste, salt and lemon juice with the yoghurt and marinate the fish in it for about 10 minutes. Next, take a pan and heat some oil. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and onions. Saute till the onions become soft. Add coconut and tomatoes and cook till the water dries up.

Blend the whole mixture in a blender. Keep aside. Now, heat the remaining oil and add the fish. Stir-fry on a high flame or until the fish becomes opaque. Add the spice paste and simmer over low flame till the fish is cooked thoroughly. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
