Let's admit - dosa remains the unabashed winner in South Indian cuisine. Thin, flaky and crispy crepe with spicy aloo filling, and chutney and sambar by the side - dosa spells indulgence. It is light, healthy and makes for a fulfilling meal any time of the day. This is why dosa finds a dedicated fan base across India (and even abroad). In fact, for most people, dosa is the ultimate comfort food. Today, we find at least one dosa joint at every corner in India. That's not all. We also find people experimenting and going creative with the classic dosa recipes. Some of the popular experimental dosa recipes are jinni dosa, cheese dosa, pizza dosa and more.
