Chicken Fried Rice Recipe: How To Make Restaurant-Style Chicken Fried Rice:
To make this particular dish, we need rice, salt, oil, garlic paste, spring onion (finely chopped), cooked chicken (finely chopped), celery (finely chopped), soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce.
Start with boiling the rice with some salt and oil. Do not overcook the rice; in fact, cook it 70 to 80 per cent for the bite. Once cooked, drain and rinse the rice under cold water. Add some oil to the rice and let it rest.
Meanwhile, heat oil ad saute garlic and onion until the onion turns light brown in colour. To it, add chicken and stir-fry well. Then add the soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce and give everything a very good mix.
