Now that the winter season is fast approaching, it's time to indulge in all things decadent and comforting. Anything that is hot and warm, and has the goodness of rich flavours in it, qualifies as a comfort food for many. While cheese-loaded fries and mac and cheese, are some of the evergreen comfort foods that we have enjoyed for a long time, how about trying something else this time? We bring to you another comforting dish that is not only soothing but also comes with a touch of keto in it, and also tastes heavenly. Wondering what exactly it is? Well, it's keto-friendly Stuffed Cabbage Rolls!
Cabbage stuffed with pork meat is cooked in a delicious, rich, flavourful broth, which is then served with a generous topping of sour cream that only makes the culinary experience all the more enticing! Our today's recipe of stuffed cabbage rolls has been shared by Sahil Makhija, a popular YouTube chef and food vlogger who specialises in keto cooking. He posted the recipe video on his channel 'Headbanger's Kitchen'.

Here's a useful cooking tip: To separate and pull out the cabbage leaves with minimum effort and maximum ease, you'll have to follow a method that involves immersing the whole cabbage in hot boiling water with salt added to it. Just ensure that the lid is on and after about five minutes, the outer leaves will start to cook and soften and eventually peel off from the centre. Yes, that's how easy it is! To make the stuffing, you would also require ground pork meat and a melange of spices to take up the flavour quotient.
Traditionally, a generous portion of cooked rice is added to the mixture; however, you can do away with it since this is a keto recipe, and pair it with cauliflower rice instead. If you're confused as to how to prepare cauliflower rice at home, click this link.
