To make this dish, first, in a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder with vinegar, tamarind, ginger and garlic pastes. Mix these well. Now apply this mixture on the lamb cutlets and marinate for 10 minutes. Next, take a pan and heat some oil on it. Throw in some sesame seeds and cook the lamb chops on it till tender and golden brown. Now squeeze a little lemon juice from the top and serve it hot!
